Company Name and Caller ID (CNAM) Delivery Services

Caller ID delivery services consists of Outbound Caller ID and Inbound Caller ID delivery, also known as CNAM delivery services. These services are provided by Voradian as an optional service. Your Company Name and Phone Number can be delivered as Outbound Caller ID and an Inbound Caller's Phone Number can be displayed on your phone as an Inbound Caller ID. By default, the main phone number of your company is set as the outbound caller ID. Individual users at your company with direct-dial numbers (DID) can also be set for Outbound Caller ID as an option when they make a call from their desktop or mobile devices.

There's a one-time Caller ID directory listing fee and a small monthly recurring service charge for both Caller ID delivery (outbound/inbound) services. To add or change your current number for Caller ID delivery, please submit a support ticket to Customer Service, from the Help Desk Console.

It should be noted that VORADIAN is not responsible for the delivery of your Company Name and Number as Caller ID to the receiving party. We only include your information in the national data base where each telephone company retrieves the information and includes it in their CNAM delivery service. It's the responsibility of the receiving phone company to accurately deliver the Caller ID information to the receiving party. Additionally, CNAM delivery depends on whether the receiving party is also subscribed to CNAM delivery services from their provider.
