End User PBX Manager Portal

Solution

End User PBX Manager Portal (Customer Portal) Overview

PBX phone administration or Customer portal allows end-users to manage their extensions online from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. End-users can login to their portal using a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone. The portal can be accessed at https://portal.voradian.com (portal.voradian.com)

Voradian PBX Manager Portal for end-users gives end-users access to the PBX system to manage their personal account (extension) settings and or the company settings. Your authorized company administrator will determine whether a user has access to the PBX Manager Portal and if given, what user scope (Permissions Level) is defined. There are 6 different User Scopes. Below are examples of each scope. A username & password are required, based on the registered user's profile in our system.

No user can make administrative changes to another user with the same level role. Only those with an administrative role or higher can do so. To obtain an administrator role, you must attend and pass Voradian's Systems Administrator Course. Systems Administrator Courses are offered through Voradian University Online Learning Center or ELMS (eLearning Management System). You may register for the course here or submit a ticket to Onboarding Department. Once approved, you'll be notified of your credentials to access the course.

Customer Portal Scope and Functions

Customer portal scope determines the level of administration an end-user can perform within the portal. There are six (6) scopes or permission levels that are assigned to an end-user based on their administration role within their organization. A scope is assigned upon the written request of your company's authorized administrative representative.

1. No Portal Access - This person is blocked from access to the end-user portal.

2. Simple User - 5 visible Icons: Home, Messages, Fax, Contacts, and Call History

3. Basic User - 7 visible icons; ADD access to their own answering rules & personal time frames to the Simple User capabilities above. (NOTE: Their personal time frame rules, are not viewed as part of the main domain's rules. It is only visible and selectable from the user's personal view)

4. Office Manager / IT - This role can view all Users, Conference, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and MOH (Music-on-Hold) are added to the previous roles.

5. Call Center Agent - This view shows the call queue they are part of, how many callers are still waiting, as well as other options similar to the Simple User role.

6. Call Center Supervisor - This role allows the supervisor to move agents into or out of different queues, as well as adding statics on the fly to the current call flow. Reports are also available to the supervisor.
