Instant Fax Portal

Voradian Instant Fax Service gives PBX users the option to view received faxes and send outbound faxes directly from the PBX portal or by email. Inbound faxes will appear in the Fax Inbox and will be emailed to the email address of the PBX user when configured to do so. Inbound faxes are retained until they are deleted in the portal. For detailed use information, download Instant Fax User Manual located in the Knowledge Base Articles.

NOTE: It is not possible in our system to have both services of calls (voice) and faxes to be configured for a single DID/ Telephone Number.
