Voradian's billing cycle is from the 1st thru the 30th or 31st day of the month, regardless of the service start date. If your service was started on any day between the 1st and 31st day of the month, your first bill will be prorated for the remainder of that month. Monthly recurring service charges are billed one month in advance for services provided from the 1st thru the 30th or the 31st day of the month. Our billing system automatically creates your monthly bill, generates an invoice/statement, and emails that statement to you on the 15th day of each month.
Your statement contains itemized charges for recurring monthly services, metered local and long distance toll charges if applicable, one time purchase charges such as desk phones or other items, taxes, fees, or other applicable regulatory charges. The total amount on the statement is payable within 7 to 10 days from the transmittal of the statement, and no later than the due date shown on the bill. If you have a credit card on file, we will automatically charge your credit card within 7 - 10 days from the transmittal of your monthly bill.
Payment of your statement can be made in three ways: (1) Automatic debit charged against your credit card on file, (2) By mailing the payment to Voradian Bill Center, or (3) Manually paying with a credit or debit card from your account portal located at: account.voradian.com . All payment due must reach our bill center by or before the due date to avoid late fees, or disruption of your service.
UPDATE POSTED: April 10, 2025 | Effective June 01, 2025
Effective June 01, 2025, we will no longer accept paper/manual check as a payment method for your monthly bill/invoice. Instead, you may use a credit or debit card or pay by e-Check via your account management portal.
