Managing Credit Cards on File

VORADIAN provides one central location for customers to manage their credit cards on file for payment collections. This is within the Voradian Bill Center portal which is accessible by permitted portal users at: account.voradian.com

The 'Voradian Bill Center' portal is the only place you can add and manage credit cards. Any payments made within the Bill Center portal are applied to your monthly bill statement balance only. Any purchases made from Voradian, such as desktop phones or hardware, are billed separately and paid directly from the invoice via credit card, unless otherwise included in the Bill Center portal.

Payments processed for monthly bills and prepaid usage recharges are posted to your monthly bill statement each month for your review (e.g. Monthly Recurring Charges and Non-Recurring charges). You can review, download or print your bills from the Bill Center portal at: account.voradian.com 

We neither request nor should you disclose your credit card information via email. Should you ever receive an email purporting to represent from Voradian requesting your financial, personal or log in information, DO NOT reply to said email. Instead, you should notify Voradian Support Center immediately by phone or by starting a trouble ticket from the Help Desk, or emailing Support Center at: support@voradian.com with details.
